Long-time Arizona resident, Bill Villani has announced the September 2023 opening of Koala Insulation in the East Valley market. The company will offer “white glove service” for the installation of spray foam, blown-in, and blanket (batt) insulation.
“As a family owned and operated business, we take great pride in the work that we do here at Koala Insulation East Valley. Not only do we see this as an opportunity to bring a much needed home improvement service to the area, it is also a way to give back to the community for me. I find it a direct way to impact peoples’ lives in making a difference in their day-to-day living, both in comfort and in saving on utility bills. Looking forward to serving as many homeowners as possible,” stated Owner and General Manager Bill Villani.

After 25 years in corporate banking, Villani is returning to the home services industry in which he started. He is excited to bring back his level of integrity and commitment to excellence in the community. Villani is determined to make a difference in the lives of others, and he does so by volunteering with youth charities, his church, and mentoring young adults.
